  • Orders submitted after 48 hours, or already dispatched, cannot be cancelled directly; in such cases, users may wait for delivery and initiate a return following the Return and Exchange Policy.

3. Refund Procedure

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the same card used for payment (Visa or MasterCard).

  • Estimated time for funds to appear: 10–15 business days, depending on the card issuer’s processing speed.

  • If a refund does not appear within this timeframe, users are encouraged to contact support for follow-up.
